Where is my school planner data stored?
Kid profiles, school items, notes, and reminder settings are stored on your device. Backpack Buddy does not require an account or school login.

Does Backpack Buddy connect to my school?
No. Backpack Buddy is a manual organizer and reminder app. It does not connect to schools, districts, student portals, email accounts, or document systems.

How do reminders work?
If you enable reminders, the app asks your device for notification permission and schedules local reminders based on due dates you enter.

How do I restore Backpack Buddy Pro?
Open Settings in Backpack Buddy and tap Restore Purchase. Apple handles the purchase restore flow.
